No materials may be reproduced without written permission

All products and exchanged parts are installed and repaired in accordance with the manufacturer’s published fixing recommendation. These being in accordance with: Dell, HP, Compaq, Sony, Acer, Toshiba, eMachines, IBM, Gateway, ASUS, Apple.

 

Warranty is subject to the following terms and conditions:

This warranty is only applicable to customers that are not on a monthly service agreement.

 

Every PC which was repaired by Stepmans PC, LLC is automatically eligible for a 14 days warranty from the date it was shipped out to a customer or from the date it was delivered to a customer by Stepmans PC, LLC.

 

The warranty covers: Any Computer problems related to repair that was performed by Stepmans PC, LLC, any damage or any technical issue caused by Stepmans PC, LLC technician. Under no circumstances customer may receive a financial reimbursement if the issue could be eliminated by Stepmans PC, LLC. Or by any of Stepmans PC, LLC partners.

 

Before sending out computer for repair it is customer’s responsibility to perform backup of any important data or user files and settings. If for forever reason customer cannot create  this backup, Stepmans PC, LLC is not responsible for any loss of information from the computer during repair process.

 

Stepmans PC, LLC can perform backup of important user data, programs files and user setting for an additional price, by a special request from a customer.

 

Shipping: It is customer responsibility to prepare the computer for shipping in a way that the computer will not get damaged during transit.

 

Any damaged package that will arrive to Stepmans PC, LLC for repair will not be accepted from the mail services, and it will be returned to a sender.

 

Customer can request to schedule a computer pickup for repair free of charge by Stepmans PC, LLC within a 50 miles range from the location of the main office of Stepmans PC, LLC which is:

13675 Philmont Ave. Philadelphia, PA 19116

 

If customer is located out of this range, customer will have to pay for shipping to send it out for delivery and Stepmans PC, LLC will pay for shipping to return the repaired item to you.

 

When sending out computer for repair:

Do not send along any computer peripherals like: Keyboard, Mouse, Speakers, microphone, etc…

 

·         If it is a Desktop computer: You should send only the tower (Computer itself) and all software disks that were originally packaged with this computer, without power cord

·         If it is a Laptop Computer: You should send only the computer, power cord and all software disks that were originally packaged with this computer.

 

Upon arrival of the computer from repair: You should check the performance of the computer and if you find something wrong with it, or any sign of a previous problems you have to report this issue to Stepmans PC, LLC within a period of 14 days from the date of  arrival of the computer from the repair.
